Interesting Stuff Coming Soon…
Teaching is one of the things I care about most, whether online or in a room full of actual human beings. Truth be told, I probably learn best the same way I teach best: in the thick of practice, with other people, where things can become real instead of merely interesting. From 2027 onward, I’ll be offering regular online courses again, alongside the occasional in-person event.
Until then, let me point you toward the one-off OCCULTURE RETREAT 2026, where I’ll be hosting a workshop together with Frater Acher and others. We fully intend to make it memorable — in the good way, and perhaps in one or two slightly unsettling ways as well.
I offered this course from 2020 to 2024 at the Blackthorne School. It was not just a class on divinatory techniques, but a six-week training in perception itself: a way of sharpening the senses by which spirit contact, omen-reading, and subtle awareness became possible across almost any form of practice. A particular focus was paid on mixing esotericism with science, and on dissolving the hard line between the mundane and the magical.
This was not merely a workshop on staring into mirrors or bowls, but on educating the whole sensorium until the world begins to disclose more of itself. — I am currently working on a book-version of this workshop.
